NB – The cohort swelled to 9 children the day before data submission deadline. Due to the timing, we were unable to provide data for 2 children. This affected our overall percentage of GLD, taking it from 86% to 66%. The original data would have put us as 15% above national GLD however, the small cohort size makes comparisons unreliable.

Phonics Results

84% of the cohort (11 children) achieved the pass rate of 32 and above. The national average was 81%. Our results put us above national however, cohort size needs to be taken into account.

100% of Year 2 children (2 pupils) who resat the test passed this year.

Key Stage One SATS

Due to our small class sizes, it is not possible to provide a reliable comparison with national averages. Our 2016-2017 cohort had 3 children in it, meaning each child represented 33.3%.

Our SAT results for 2015/16 were near to national averages at the end of year 2, but the assessment cohorts were too small to provide a reliable comparison.

There are currently no key stage 2 results, because the children leave at the end of year 4 to join the local middle school system. However, we have a long term aim to extend the curriculum so that we can admit children into years 5 and 6.
